Among the esteemed participants, Chef Wanda stood out, coming from Oakland, CA earning the 2nd place Turf category accolade for her exceptional Gumbo Z'Herbes!

Spice & Culture: A Global Exploration and Global Exchange

This course will allow students to gain an appreciation for the cultural significance of spice, develop cultural dompetrency and an understanding of how pisces connect diverse cultures and learn practical culinary skills for using spices. Chef Wanda offers a compelling blend of cultural authenticity and culinary expertise. This course is not merely culinary experience, it is a platform for global cultural exchange, fostering understanding and unity through the universal language of food.
