The precautions of processing food are my utmost concern. Pepper Chowchow is a small batch food item - processed only by “Wanda”. From shopping for the ingredients, cutting the peppers, sealing the jars, boxing for shipment, and taking it to the post office. The processing of the actual Pepper Chow chow requires multiple changes of gloves, cleaning and sanitizing work surface to avoid cross contamination of the pepper seeds.
